Since its inception, the company has relied on the principle of “integration in production” so that it controls all stages of poultry production, starting from the maternal sector and the production of hatching eggs to the final product and its distribution mechanism in the UAE market, in a way that serves its primary goal in meeting the needs of the UAE consumer and the Gulf Cooperation Council countries with poultry products. Healthy poultry that conforms to the highest international standards, slaughtered according to Islamic law, using the latest technology in hatching, breeding, and processing poultry, and relying on plant nutrition only for all herds of mothers and broilers.The mission of The Arab Poultry Breeding & Production Shj. Broiler Sector
The Al-Ahem sector consists of (9) farms with a total of (54) barns. All of the company’s farms are equipped with the latest technology systems that continuously control all surrounding environmental conditions to ensure the provision of a suitable climate for birds. Use only plant feed. No growth stimulants or hormones are used in breeding 100% healthy chicken, subject to veterinary control. Using the latest devices and auxiliary breeding equipment. It includes nine production units with a capacity of (5) million broilers annually. Each production unit consists of (6) breeding pens. It provides the ability to secure a production cycle that meets part of the needs of the local market for fresh and frozen chicken and chicken parts.
Hatchery Sector
The incubator, owned by the Arabian Company for Poultry Assets and Production in Sharjah, operates in accordance with the most advanced international standards in order to produce healthy chicks. The fertilized eggs are incubated in the incubator for a period of (21) days to obtain a one-day-old chick. The company uses hatching machines and the highest modern technologies, whether in laboratory equipment, disinfectants or immunizations used to obtain a high-quality product. The company owns a developed hatchery with a production capacity of 8 million hatching eggs annually. All of its data are controlled automatically.
Slaughter and processing sector (automatic slaughterhouse)
The automated slaughterhouse uses the latest technology methods available globally, including Islamic slaughter lines and processing of fresh and frozen chicken and its parts. As it is known, slaughtering according to the Islamic method is a legal duty. Moreover, Islamic slaughter has many health benefits according to the latest scientific studies. As the legitimate manual slaughter is given an opportunity for blood to flow out. The company owns a sophisticated slaughterhouse with a slaughter capacity of two thousand birds per hour. An air cooling system is used, which maintains the true weight of the chicken. The slaughtering process is carried out according to Islamic law. The automated slaughterhouse includes lines for the production of chilled chicken and lines for the production of frozen chicken. The slaughterhouse contains refrigerators for preserving frozen chicken with a capacity of (120) tons. It also includes a unit for manufacturing slaughter waste, in addition to a unit for treating water resulting from slaughtering and processing operations. Where the company emphasizes the utmost importance of preserving the environment and conducts product processing operations automatically and under advanced medical supervision and strict health and productivity control.
Mothers Sector
The farms consist of closed and equipped houses to provide a suitable environment for birds in the breeding and production stages. As all closed houses are equipped with systems to control lighting, nutrition, heating, ventilation and cooling in the education and production stages. Each farm is equipped with a back-up generator to power ventilation, heating, lighting and feeding equipment at each site.
The maternal sector consists of (6) farms with a total of (66) barns, comprising six production units, with a capacity of (300) thousand broiler mothers annually. Each unit consists of (11) barns equipped with equipment and supplies for the closed breeding system. Breeding conditions (environment and nutrition) are controlled automatically. Annual production rates amount to (30) million hatching eggs annually. The best international breeds of broiler mothers are raised.
